Ballet retells 1911 Tragedy, Honors Past, Present, and Future of Women's History

The Deos Contemporary Ballet of West Michigan is shedding light on history and women in their latest creation, “Locked Doors”. Highlighting the tragedy of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire, an event that unfortunately killed many young women, the dance highlights the push for women rights that was sparked after this tragic event.
