“I'm so inspired by so many of the teachers I get to continue to learn from, and even though I’ve been training for so long, there are so many things they say that still give me a kind of lightbulb moment and help me get out of my head because dance is really just as mental as it is physical, I think, for so, so many of us.”
Emma Giordano is a dancer, choreographer, dance educator, and musical theatre performer based in New Jersey and New York City. She focuses all aspects of her work on celebrating versatility, community, and passionate artistry. A recent graduate of Muhlenberg College, Emma holds a B.A. in Dance Education and Performance, as well as a B.A. in Theatre Acting. During her time at Muhlenberg, Emma had the opportunity to perform in many faculty and student choreographed works, along with fi nding her own love for choreographing for dancers of various ages and skill levels. She is currently a dance educator and choreographer at Starstruck Dance New Jersey, where she seeks to instill focus, artistry, dedication, and a true love of dance in all of her students.
Additionally, Emma is the choreographer of Next Life Theatre Company’s production of Achilles: The Next Iliad, premiering on stage this summer in NYC.
